Shipping & Returns

Orders over $50 ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $6.99.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery is 7–15 business days depending on the destination and the item, as products ship directly from our fulfilment partner.

You will receive a tracking reference by email once your parcel leaves the warehouse.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and still have their tags attached.

Earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive faulty.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will confirm the return address before you send anything back.

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund to your original payment method. Banks usually take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit.

Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
