Sourcing

We work with CJ Dropshipping, a large fulfilment network that connects us with manufacturers and suppliers, mostly in China. We choose products from their catalogue based on what customers buy and review well, and we remove items that don't meet expectations.

When you place an order, we pass it to our fulfilment partner, who picks, packs and ships it directly to your address. Your order may arrive from a warehouse in the US or from overseas, depending on the item.

If you order several items, they can arrive in separate parcels on different days. That's normal, and every parcel is covered by the same tracking and returns policy.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Seasonal items, like our Christmas collection, sell quickly — we recommend ordering early.

Because products ship straight from the source, we skip the costs of running our own warehouse and pass those savings on. Every price is shown in US dollars, and shipping is free on orders over $50.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. For anything else, you have 30 days to return it.
