Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to everyone who visits or buys from HugBay (“we”, “us”, “our”), the online store at hugbay.shop. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

You need an account to check out. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately, but colours can look different on different screens and minor variations in size or finish can occur.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full for that item.

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and include the product price only. Shipping is shown at checkout: free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat fee.

Any import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes charged by your country or state on delivery are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or international-transaction fees.

If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive an order number. We may still cancel an order, with a full refund, if we suspect fraud, cannot verify the payment, or cannot ship to your address.

Products ship directly from our fulfilment partner. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address you entered. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and with tags attached. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect will be replaced or refunded in full, including shipping, if you contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Full conditions, including items that cannot be returned, are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, interfere with other customers, scrape it at scale, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend accounts that do.

The HugBay name, logo, and site design belong to us. Product images and descriptions are supplied by our suppliers and remain theirs.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, customs holds, or extreme weather.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Most problems can be resolved quickly. If we cannot resolve it together, the dispute will be handled under the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
